But working closely with businesses showed me a website is rarely the whole problem — a business can have a good-looking site with no visibility, traffic with no enquiries, or enquiries with no follow-up. Fixing the website alone doesn’t fix any of that.
That’s why Donal Digital has grown beyond website design into helping businesses build, improve and connect the digital systems they need to attract customers, generate opportunities and operate more efficiently. Only after that is it worth deciding which technology belongs in the answer — including whether AI belongs in it at all. This sometimes means recommending less than a client came in expecting to buy, which is by design.
