Step 1 — Discovery Call (Free)

We spend 30 minutes understanding where you are right now: what you know, what you do not, what you are trying to achieve, and what is blocking you. No assumptions. No standard packages pushed before we understand your situation.

Step 2 — Engagement Design

We propose the simplest, most direct path to what you need. A single training session. A workshop for your team. A strategy audit. An ongoing advisory retainer. We match the format to the problem — not the other way around.

Step 3 — Delivery

Sessions are conducted on your actual tools, your live website, your real analytics — not generic examples. Every session ends with a written summary of what was covered, decisions made, and next steps. You leave with something actionable, not just notes.

Step 4 — Follow-Up

One week after every training or consulting session, we follow up to check what was implemented, answer questions that came up in practice, and clarify anything that needs reinforcing. Included in every engagement.
